F1 Formula One Construction Challenge

This team building activity combines a design challenge with a race, as teams craft custom cars and put them to the test.

Formula 1 races require an extremely high level of interdependence and precision teamwork. In this highly competitive field where results are impacted by the ability of the team to work together, team members need to “up” their game to the next level. High levels of collaboration and trust is needed to be the best of the best. In this high stakes teambuilding activity, teams will need to design, build and drive their own F1 cars in a thrilling race to emerge as champion.
